We understand that sometimes a service might not be the right fit, and we want to make our refund process as clear and fair as possible. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
This policy applies to services purchased directly from cloudvps360.com.
General Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be made in accordance with the specific terms outlined below for each service type (Domain Names, Managed VPS).
- Refunds are subject to certain fees and deductions as detailed in this policy.
- Refunds are generally issued to your Cloud VPS 360 account balance unless explicitly stated otherwise and requested within the eligible timeframe for a different method.
- Renewal invoices for any service are strictly non-refundable.
Domain Name Registration Refund Policy
We offer a limited refund policy for new domain name registrations:
- Eligibility: You may request a cancellation and refund for a new domain name registration within 24 hours of the successful registration time.
- Non-refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees charged by domain name governing bodies (like ICANN fees) and potentially other registry-specific fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered.
- Refund Method: Upon approval of your cancellation request within the 24-hour window, the amount paid for the domain registration, minus any non-refundable ICANN and registry fees, will be credited to your Cloud VPS 360 account balance.
- Usage of Credit: The credited amount can be used for future purchases of any services or for paying existing service invoices within your Cloud VPS 360 account.
- No Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds for domain name cancellations are issued solely as account credit and cannot be returned to the original payment method.
Managed VPS Services Refund Policy
We provide a satisfaction guarantee for new Managed VPS hosting services:
- Eligibility (New Orders): If you are not completely satisfied with your new Managed VPS service, you may request a cancellation and a full refund of the base service fee within 30 days from the initial purchase date.
- Eligibility (Renewal Invoices): Payments for renewal invoices of Managed VPS services are not eligible for refunds.
- Default Refund Method (within 30 days): For eligible cancellation requests made within the 30-day window, the refund amount (subject to deductions for add-ons as detailed below) will be credited to your Cloud VPS 360 account balance immediately upon the approval of your cancellation request.
- Usage of Credit: The credited amount can be used for future purchases of any services or for paying existing service invoices within your Cloud VPS 360 account.
Refund to Original Payment Method (Managed VPS Only)
If you wish for the refund amount to be returned to the original payment method used for a Managed VPS purchase, the following conditions apply:
- Eligibility: This option is only available for new Managed VPS orders and the refund request must be submitted within 15 days of the initial purchase date.
- Deductions: Refunds processed back to the original payment method are subject to deductions:
- Fees charged by the payment gateway used for the original transaction.
- A 10% administrative fee calculated from the total value of the invoice being refunded.
- Costs of any add-on services (like setup or pre-installation) as detailed in the table below.
- Processing Time: Once the refund request to the original payment method is approved and processed, it may take up to 7 working days for the refunded amount (after deductions) to appear back on your original payment method (card or account), depending on your bank or payment provider.
Deductions for Add-on Services (Managed VPS)
If your Managed VPS order included specific add-on services such as initial server setup, custom configurations, or pre-installed software/applications (like our pre-installed Odoo service), the cost of these services will be deducted from the refund amount regardless of whether the refund is issued to account credit or the original payment method.
The cost of these non-refundable add-on services is based on the following table:

Please note: This table lists common add-on services. Specific fees will be clearly outlined during the order process.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation for an eligible service, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Cloud VPS 360 client area.
- Navigate to the Support section.
- Submit a new support ticket.
- Clearly state the service you wish to cancel and the relevant invoice number.
- Provide a brief reason for your cancellation request.
- If requesting a refund to the original payment method for an eligible VPS service, explicitly state this in your ticket.
Our billing or support team will review your request and process it according to the terms of this policy.
Non-Refundable Items
In addition to the specific conditions above, the following items are generally non-refundable:
- Renewal fees for any service.
- Domain name registration fees (except for the limited 24-hour window with deductions).
- Domain transfer fees.
- SSL Certificates.
- Any third-party software licenses purchased through Cloud VPS 360.
- Add-on service fees as listed in the deductions table.
- Fees incurred due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Changes to This Policy
Cloud VPS 360 reserves the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
